RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you received a defective item, Please email us at hello@styleonnies.com with your order number, name of the affected item, and a photograph of the defect. Our team will be in touch on the next steps to take once we assess the condition.

* Returns are only applicable for online purchases.
* All exchanges must be authorized by Styleonnies. Exchanges can only be made if you receive a defective item.
* We do not accept any return of goods if the customers dislike the model, the material, the color of the product or the size not fits well to the customer
* Defective cases should be highlighted to us within 3 days of receiving your order
* Returns must be done within 7 days after you receive our email response
* All exchange or return items must not be washed and must be in original condition with the tags still intact.
* Returns or exchanges are not applicable for items with defects caused by washing and handling by the customer or if the tag is no longer attached to the apparel, regardless of reason.
* A replacement will be provided for your defective item. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, we will refund your payment fully exclude the shipping fee. The replacement of any defect item or refund process is only can be made after we received back the goods. However, please be noticed that if you buy SALE item, even if it’s spoiled or defect, we do not accept that kind of good to be refunded or exchange because SALE IS FINAL
* We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
* Orders made during promotional period or with promotional codes, store credits issued for returns, sale items are not allowed for returns
